so a close friend recently got engaged.

she told her now fiance that he's forbidden from having strippers at his bachelor party. isn't that patently unreasonable? what are your thoughts?

the bachelor party is a rite of passage....an ancient tradition passed down through the generations and deeply rooted in our heritage.....as such, it is sacrosanct, and to tamper with it is blasphemy...i'm going to have to talk to my friend about this...

is it unreasonable?

i duno.. the thought of some greasy girls hands rubbing her glittery body all over my guy is a bit... makes me Domo ... like, as his fiance, SHOULDNT i object? shouldnt he know that i would get jealous?

but, i dont think id ever say it like you CANT do this or cant do that. hahaha i think i would be more sneaky and say,

baby, you know i want you to have a gooooood time at your bachelor party! i TRUST that you wont do anything STUPID or REGRETTABLE! just know how much i love you and im looking forward to being mrs. ____!!! WinkWinkWink *butt squeeze*

as long as there's no sex of any form, and not doing anything he wouldn't want me to do.

i think that's fair, no?

there will always be the dumbass that tells his gf about the wild bachelor's party, then make her swear to not tell anyone...

and then, being the whore that she is, will open her big mouth and tell another gf...

and that girl will tell somebody, until it gets back to the bride, and then your homie will be in big trouble... possibly have the wedding called off, or at the very least-- the bride will hold this over his head for the rest of his life, and her response in any fight will be: "you had strippers at your bachelor's party..."

so if this is going to go down, i suggest you keep the guest list to those you KNOW will take it to their graves... any more than 4 dudes (and 4 is probably 2 too many...) and you will for sure have a dumbass snitch in the group...
