is it possible to go from your undergrad to get a mba directly without 2+ years of work experience?

i highly doubt this.. but i was wondering IF it was possible... i'm debating on going to get my master's right after i graduate..it would give me another reason to have another internship in the summer to pad my resume... might as well study more till the economy lets up a little bit

what if i got my masters... could i go straight into mba as well? lol... at this rate i might as well get a phd ~_~

any input is appreciated

it's possible. here in california pepperdine offers a five year undergrad mba program. with that precedent in mind, it seems probable that there are universities out there that will allow you to attend an mba program without the work experience.

that being said, not have the work experience (or at least an internship) under your belt will probably preclude you from attending a competitive mba program. and with mba's... prestige of the school is pretty much the point.

i've also heard that some of the course material is irrelevant unless you have some practical experience.

I know someone who got accepted into Harvard Business, but isn't actually attending next year. He's still getting two years of work experience before he attends.

Well you make a hell of a lot more money with a MBA. I'm thinking about getting a MBA soon as I graduate while going to work. Some companies are more than willing to help you out with getting a MBA, PhD.

Yes I think you can do MBA without any work experience but in that case you might need a higher GMAT score. Even top schools like Cock Sucking Academy take students directly.

I looked in to this, and it is possible (my answer may be so irrelevant because i'm up in canadia). I wanted to do this so I could never go in to the real world. kekekekek

i'm doing IBR so monthly payments aren't too bad, but yeah the whole student loan situation is fucked up and unsustainable. if i could go back in time, i would've taken that scholly money at a lower school..
